Patron Saints of Sister Loves is a collaboration between Artist Maia DeCamillo and Sister Loves, resulting in a series of artworks which have been inspired by the core values of Sister Loves.
Patron Saints of Sister Loves reinterprets Sister Loves’ design manifesto into iconography - drawing on the four aspects most integral to Sister Loves, and creating personified characters to represent them. Here the concept of a patron saint is subverted - The Four Holy Sisters of Sister Loves are less pious messengers and more tongue-in-cheek idols, to whom we should all aspire.
Focusing on Individuality, Craftsmanship, Timelessness and Sustainability, this series of artworks seeks to highlight the importance of these values for Sister Loves, and draw attention to the way each of these principles is considered and deployed in everything that Sister Loves does.
Sister Loves champions artists and craftspeople. The Patron Saint T-Shirt is the first in a series of T-Shirts and accessories which will feature the original artwork of emerging designers and creatives.
Each T-Shirt comes with a limited edition Art Card of the Patron Saint for 'Individuality'.
