Robert and Colin have been a couple for thirty nine years, they have worked independently and collaborated creatively.
They have been married for the last twelve years.

About Colin's work
In my professional world, I am an interior designer. My work is international and usually for "blue chip" clients. The scale can vary from challenging small residential homes and commercial units, to hotels, Middle Eastern palaces, or corporate headquarters. They always start from a clients brief but in so many cases the brief is inevitably vague and my job is to give them what they didn't know they needed or wanted...thankfully they have all been appreciative.
What inspires you
My inspiration is nature, travel, history and film...and artisanal craftsmanship.
Do you inspire each other
Robert challenges me, shares my passions and inspires my creative process.
What informs your creative choices
I have a sculpture and model-making workshop which I use to express my daily experiences whether it be political or joyous and acts as the perfect balance between the rigorous discipline of professional projects and free thought without boundaries.

About Robert's work
I create luxurious surface finishes using gold, silver and copper leaf which I apply to furniture, units, screens, panels, doors, and custom artworks.
Commissions developed from my finishes have been completed for residential, hospitality and corporate interiors internationally.
What inspires you
Travel is my biggest inspiration.
Do you inspire each other
Yes, we constantly bounce ideas, suggestions, alternatives and inspiration off each other.
What informs your creative choices
Being constantly aware of what is happening currently in the art world, attending exhibitions, art shows and visiting museum and gallery collections.
Being informed is paramount.
