Delivery and Refunds

Shipping

Deliveries will arrive by the estimated delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation email. If there are any changes to this date we will contact you via email. We always aim to dispatch within three working days of your order, this may vary based on availability.

If no one is available to receive at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to our address. In this case, please contact us to rearrange the delivery.

PACKAGING

All of our items are lovingly hand-packed in Sister Loves gift boxes, ensuring that your items are kept in pristine condition throughout their journey from us to you. We always handle with the upmost care that our luxury collections deserve, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you receive your item in any alternative condition. Any bag purchased from the New Landscape or A Bag to Hold and Behold collection will come to you wrapped in a free Limited Edition Cotton Cotton Dust (Tote) Bag. Your Sister Loves Bag will be wrapped in this Cotton Tote for protection and will not make a profit for Fabricworks, this is a gift for you to reuse as a bag for life.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel a Contract, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products (subject to clause 8.3 in T&Cs). We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods.

Unfortunately Sister Loves cannot accept returns on the following items unless faulty:

Items that are Made to Order and/or commissioned pieces. Made-to-order goods are clearly marked in the description on the Product Page.

Some products on the Sister Loves website are bespoke and/or handmade, and are perfectly imperfect. Small marks and inconsistencies are not considered faults on these items.

Please read all product descriptions carefully.

Our photos are true to colour, however your screen may not be. You may need to calibrate your computer screen so colours are displayed accurately.

REFUNDS

If you wish to refund your item/s, you will need to return it within 14 days of purchase in excellent condition. Refunds will only be issued once the item/s have been received at the return address. Please note that the vendor will not be responsible for the price of postage in the event of refunds. Download the Refund Form below, print and include with the product you are returning.
