UK Delivery We offer free standard delivery across the United Kingdom via DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days.

European Delivery Standard delivery to EU and non-EU European countries is available at a flat rate of £10.00, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days.

USA Delivery Standard delivery to the United States is available at a flat rate of £15.00 via UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days.

Worldwide Delivery We ship worldwide at a flat rate of £15.00 via UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 working days.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Sister Loves has no control over these charges.
