The Story of FabricWorks: Why We Give 50% of Our Profits from the bags Back

At Sister Loves, we believe that fashion can be a force for good. That's why, when we developed our Collected Voices collection, we knew we wanted it to stand for something beyond the garment itself.

Collected Voices is built around meaningful voices with attitude — slogans and empowering mantras that inspire confidence, kindness and self-expression. It felt only right that the collection should also embody those values in the way it was made and sold.

That's where FabricWorks comes in.

FabricWorks is a social enterprise with a powerful mission — to support their community through textile training for local unemployed women. By providing skills, confidence and opportunity, FabricWorks is doing exactly what Sister Loves believes in: empowering people through craft and creativity.

Together, we developed a Limited Edition Printed Cotton Tote Bag, featuring both our Rise Up and Occhi Aperti Bambini slogans. As part of our giving back policy, 50% of the profit from every bag sold goes directly to FabricWorks, to support them and their commitment to empowering women.

This is what we mean when we say Sister Loves champions makers. Not just the makers of beautiful objects, but the makers of better communities — the people who use their skills to lift others up.

When you buy a Collected Voices tote bag, you're not just buying a bag. You're investing in a woman's future. You're saying Rise Up — and meaning it.

Be part of our community of Thinkers and Makers.
